Account & data deletion request
If you wish to delete your Elmeck DMS account and have your associated data removed, please send an email request to our team.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to [email protected]
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request — Elmeck DMS
- Include your registered employee name and employee ID in the email body
What gets deleted
- Your login credentials and profile information
- Session history and device data
What may be retained
- Order records and sales data may be retained for up to 90 days for business and audit purposes, after which they are permanently deleted or anonymised.
We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm via the email address you write from.
