At Elmeck Wires & Cables, we are committed to delivering premium electrical wires and cables safely and on time. This Shipping & Return Policy outlines how we handle orders, shipping, and returns.

1. Shipping

a. Delivery Coverage

We ship to 200+ cities across India. Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Most deliveries arrive within 5–7 business days depending on location.

b. Shipping Costs

• Domestic shipping is calculated based on order weight, location, and courier partner rates
• Free shipping may apply for bulk orders — confirm during checkout
• Expedited shipping options are available for urgent requirements

c. Order Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can track your order status in real-time using this number on our courier partner's website.

d. Delivery Conditions

• Cables and wires are packaged in reinforced cartons to prevent damage in transit
• Delivery is made during standard business hours (Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM)
• A signature or OTP verification is required upon delivery for security
• If you are not available, the courier will leave a notice for re-delivery

e. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call +91 93111 52255. We will investigate with our courier partner and provide compensation if applicable.

2. Returns

a. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is damaged or defective (due to manufacturing or shipping)
• The wrong product was delivered
• The item does not meet the specifications ordered

Custom or bespoke orders cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

b. Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased at a significant discount (clearance sales)
• Products that show signs of use or tampering
• Cables cut to custom length per customer specification
• Items past the return window

c. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
2. Provide photos of the damaged/defective product if applicable
3. Our team will approve the return and provide a return shipping label
4. Ship the item back in its original or equivalent packaging
5. Once received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be processed

d. Return Shipping

• For defective or incorrectly delivered items, Elmeck Wires & Cables covers return shipping costs
• For other returns, the customer bears return shipping costs unless Elmeck Wires & Cables provided an incorrect product
• Use the return label provided to ensure tracking and proper handling

e. Inspection Upon Return

All returned items will be inspected for defects, damage, and compliance with return eligibility.Elmeck Wires & Cables reserves the right to deny returns if items do not meet return criteria or have been misused.

3. Refunds and Replacements

a. Replacement (Preferred)

For defective products, we typically offer a replacement at no cost. Replacements ship within 2–3 business days.

b. Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of item inspection and approval
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, UPI, etc.)
• Bank processing times may add 2–3 additional business days

c. Partial Refunds

If a return is approved but the item shows signs of use or damage beyond manufacturing defect,Elmeck Wires & Cables reserves the right to deduct a restocking or damage fee (typically 10–20% of the purchase price).

4. Warranty

Our electrical wires and cables are manufactured to strict ISI/BIS standards and carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:

• Defective insulation or conductor material
• Failure due to manufacturing fault
• Premature degradation under normal use conditions

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, overloading, or environmental factors. Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty.
